The Unofficial Bio
I LOVE Life!
I love living it, I love asking questions about it, and I love exploring it.
But I didn’t always love it. As a kid, I suffered years of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse that triggered over 20 years of chronic nightmares and frequent episodes of sleep paralysis. Those experiences ultimately led me down the road of major depression that led me in a suicidal spiral to the most important decision of my life:
Do I want to keep on living?
While I would like to tell you that I easily said yes, it wasn’t that simple. I was at the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the hole and found myself within a second of taking my own life. But right before I was about to leave the planet my dog at the time, Roody-Roo, intervened. Love for him flooded my system and snapped me out of the moment, guiding me to make the monumental decision to keep on living. He showed me that despite everything I had experienced, I was still a loving person and still worthy of being loved myself. Then, I did something I’d never done before—I called for help.
Since then I’ve made it my mission to live every fucking day as fully as possible. It wasn’t easy (especially in the beginning) but over the years I’ve learned how to love myself, look at my life’s darkest moments with self-compassion, and heal.
Along the way, I found the power of dreams and nightmares. I confronted my demons in the dreamspace and realized that they had been trying to share their helpful wisdom with me the whole time. Nightmares show us exactly what we need to see. They exist to help us identify and understand what we fear most so that we can be empowered to do something about it and heal. I took my nightmares and their interpretations with me to psychological therapy appointments, emotional coaching, reiki and everything in-between, healing them one step at a time.
Today, I help others understand and work with their greatest fears by connecting them to their unique internal wisdom, often through the exploration of dreams and nightmares.
Through the journey of healing my nightmares, I have once more found the beauty and power of dreams which now enables me to traverse the many realms of this cosmos as a galactic, out-of-body explorer. In this next chapter I’m working hand in hand with an extradimensional being called The Gatekeeper. Together, we are bringing forth a series of galactic histories—true stories from our universe—to be published as a series of science fiction novels in addition to many other projects.
I’m so excited for this next chapter and look forward to sharing my encounters with you along the way!
